Join us to meet other mamas, learn a little something about your baby, and ask any development, baby, or mama questions you have! Topics: These will be loosely followed to leave space for conversation May 2 Foundations for meeting milestones May 9 Sensory and Play May 16 Calm mama, calm baby and bonding (regulation, coregulation, attachment) May 23 Sleep and Prep for feeding $70 to sign up for all 4 sessions Or $20/drop-in group (MUST sign up by 4pm the Monday before) Minimum of 4 mama baby duos to run each week

Cancellation Policy

Groups: There are no make-up sessions due to the short duration of the cohorts. It is a confidential group so we ask you don’t bring a friend or your mom, but you can encourage friends to sign up with you. There are no drop-in’s either due to this. No refunds/credit for missed classes. Individual Sessions: Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. No shows and late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) will be subject to the full session fee. This is necessary because Lindsay has made a time commitment exclusively for you during your time slot. You are encouraged to reschedule any appointments you will not be able to attend. For in-person sessions, in the case of illness for yourself, your child, or other household members, an in-home session can be changed to an online session or can be rescheduled. If three late cancellations and/or no shows occurs, this may prompt termination of services.
