Service Description
At Root to Raise, we understand that every child's development journey is unique. That's why we offer a one-of-a-kind Development Consult, a virtual service for parents who have any questions or concerns about their child's development. A session that goes beyond your Well-Child Visit. Lindsay, an experienced pediatric OT, will discuss and troubleshoot any issues you may be facing, while also providing effective strategies and tools to use in your home. With a 45-minute session, this is offer a unique opportunity for you to feel empowered and confident in your ability to support your child's growth. Please complete the necessary paperwork prior to your first session.
Cancellation Policy
Groups: There are no make-up sessions due to the short duration of the cohorts. It is a confidential group so we ask you don’t bring a friend or your mom, but you can encourage friends to sign up with you. There are no drop-in’s either due to this. No refunds/credit for missed classes. Individual Sessions: Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. No shows and late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) will be subject to the full session fee. This is necessary because Lindsay has made a time commitment exclusively for you during your time slot. You are encouraged to reschedule any appointments you will not be able to attend. For in-person sessions, in the case of illness for yourself, your child, or other household members, an in-home session can be changed to an online session or can be rescheduled. If three late cancellations and/or no shows occurs, this may prompt termination of services.
